  • Conducting thorough due diligence, including detailed conversations with local agents and online research. Aside from the usual sites such as Zoopla, Mouseprice, Openrent, Spareroom etc, we use Property Data and Property Market Intel to obtain up to date comparables;

  • Providing as part of our investor packs a desktop valuation of the property from a RICS valuer, as well as a detailed builder's quote for any refurbishment work needed. There is absolutely no guesswork involved in our figures; and

  • Using our expert negotiation skills, honed over 20+ years in the legal profession, to obtain the best possible BMV purchase price.

How it works
 

  • All deals will be released first into our WhatsApp group.

  • DM us to register your interest in the deal.Please DM rather than ring.

  • We will contact interested parties in the order of messages received. All deals are strictly first come first served.

  • The transaction then goes through as a normal sale. We shall provide your solicitors details to the vendor or agent and you will deal directly with them.

  • The sourcing fee is payable on exchange of contracts.

  • We will of course be on hand if you have any queries throughout the process.
